Robert W. Hoffman, Jr. (Bob) has held many leadership positions, including: executive director of nonprofit organizations, Director of Training HUD Office of Neighborhood Self Help Development, member of City Council - Plainfield, NJ and as a board member/advisor to many non-profit boards.

As a consultant, Bob has developed and facilitated trainings and seminars, including on Institutional Racism and Racial Equity; Community Engagement; Diversity and Inclusion; Organizational Development; and Strategic Planning. He also serves as a coach and mentor to community leaders.

Bob is the founder and CEO of Spirit Sanctuary, a conference center and mountain retreat in Elton, W.VA. He graduated from Kean University and has an M.A. in personnel and guidance from Montclair State University.
